I have been having discomfort during and am really worried about what could be wrong or what to do?

I have been ually active with a handful of different people over the past few years and it is always uncomfortable and not pleasurable. It is a deep pain in my abdomen while the is inside me. It is not a sharp pain or anything just a dull discomfort like that of when you are on your period. I get no pleasure from and all I feel is the sliding in and out. It is bearable pain but VERY uncomfortable. I went for a pap smear the other day and I should have mention something to the doctor but didn't. I got the same feeling when he inserted and opened the speculum in me. The results of the test were all normal and he said my cervix felt fine and I didn't have and cysts on my ovaries. Anyone know what this could be? I am 19 and am steadily with one guy now and is not pleasurable from me.
