Medicine after treatment at hospital?

I was at the hospital to discover i have bronchitis. The doctor gave me a pill to lower my fever, breathing treatment, and a penicillin shot. He also prescribed medicine to me. Is it ok to take all the medicine he prescribed in the same night?
