Question on harment?

Ah, i'm not sure where to start. So I'm 14 years old, a female, going to be a freshmen. I recently stopped being friends with this girl. She would constantly text and IM me asking me over and over again why I didn't want anything to do with her. I explained without calling her anything offensive, as in I didn't curse her out. At all. So a few weeks later, her best friend IMs me and, I'm not sure if it could be called this. Starts haring me? She made fun of me for being bulimic and anorexic, how I've only had 2 boyfriends and how I don't have guys "chasing after me" like "she does." What I particularly found the most offensive was the part about the eating disorder. And, just out of curiosity, could I press charges against her if she brought it up again?
