Do U really believe humans can be reduced & mathematized tothe statistical behaviors of m&energy particles?

I refer to the mathematic description and explanation of the behaviors of the totality of the particles of m and energy quanta that make up the human bodY we observe with our human eyes and through sensory-extending instruments and computers. I know that scientific reductionists in the sciences and the eliminative materialists in philosophy believe this. I have heard them say so in lectures or I have read statements made by them in books affirming and explaining their beliefs. They think its just a computational problem? Do you?
