Early pregnacy nd im worried?

My lmp was on Oct. 22 or 23 (2010), I probably o'd betoween nov. 9-11th not really sure becuase my opks were a lil fishy this month so I could have o later like around 18th or 20th but I am sure its was the 9-11th, neway, I wiped my self that day and saw pinkish fluid but i thougth it was about to be my period, which i just bleed i never spot so i decided to test, I got a BFP on nov 28th(sunday) tho it was very very light, so i took a digtal test that same day at about 8pm it was a BFP as well so I took another digital that morning BFP as well. So monday I called my doc office and they schduled me for an hcg, preogestrone, and ultra sound the ultra sound showed nothing no sac but a "think endo" tuesday got the results back 79 hcg 5.3 progestrone which both were low according to the nurse.So, they told me to come back in 48hrs and do it all over gain. Monday night I had brown discharge but also only when i wiped, so i Icalled the doc they said not really to worry, tuesday came but as the day progressed I had actual blood as if i was having a period but i had no cramps so i went to the ER, they said its still to early so there was nothign really that they could do, So i think about 4 weeks maybe?, So today i called and I got my HCG levels read again Im now at 197, My questions are A. are my hcg levels to low that i could be miscarrying( with no cramps but period like blood) B. the doc put me on progestron l supp. has this helped anyone have a sucessful pregnancy? C. what are signs of a miscarraige of eptopic pregnancy?
