Hi i resive a mail about lotterry winning i want to now is tru or no?

I have been receiving those for about a year now. It is NOT true. DO NOT send them any information. They are identity thieves and they will not stop. There is really no way that I have found to stop them. I move all of them into a file folder and once a month send them to the FBI so you could do that. Just go to the FBI website in your state and they have a link specifically for that.
