Is it pneumonia or a cold?

I went swimming Sunday all day. Monday I woke up with congestion in my nose and a headache. Also felt weak and short of breath. Sneezing as well.Tuesday felt the same way. Today feel a little better but still short of breath and chest hurts on right side. I have not had a fever and very little coughing like maybe have coughed 5 times. So its just a congested feeling in my nose, chest and head. I am 27. I do not smoke, never have. But it is hard to do anything because I am so short of breath and it hurts my chest so just wondering if a regular cold could leave you feeling breathless or is it something else?
