What Case and Power Supply Is Good For My PC Build?

I need help picking out a case and power supply for the pc I am going to build. Would like to keep the cost at $150 or lower good cooling a +. So far these are the parts I have- (1) ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard (2) AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ Windsor 2.8GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Processor (3) GeForce 8800 GT (4) Western Digital Caviar RE WD1600YS 160GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive (5) Creative Sound Blaster SB0570 Audigy SE 7.1 Channels 24-bit (6) LITE-ON Black 20X DVD-R Burner SATA with LightScribe (7) Windows XP Home Edition SP2. Also I plan to add another GeForce 8800 GT when the price drops so I would prefer the power supply be able to handle that when I do. This is going to be my first hopefully successful attempt at building a pc so if you see a compatibility issue let me know. Also I didn't list ram I don't know what kind to get so suggestions there would be appreciated also, keeping budget in mind(don't plan on oc'ing).
