Where or how can I print drafts of some marketing materials with bleed printing?

I need to get drafts of my marketing materials (stationery set, brochures, presentation folder, even) to look as close as possible to what it might look like when professionally printed - to see how colors will look, what kind of paper will look good. Is there a place locally to help out with this without having to do a large quantity printing?
