I got busted with some Stuff but didn't get arrested what am i facing?

i got busted with some scales and cocaine resadue on baggies and a spoon along with a small ledger plus some hydrocodine with nerve pills in a bottle i live in west virginia and i wasn't arrested but the atf is wanting to talk to me what am i faceing????? PLEASE HELP they didn't arrest me they took some phone numbers to reach me by and told me they would be incontact with me to sit up for the atf agent to talk to me to see what they are going to do ????
