I'm sort of a chicken. Will the movie Red Dragon terrify me?

Firstly, I'm in my 20s, so age isn't the issue here. I've seen Silence of the Lambs, which totally creeped me out-- I mean I couldn't sleep well for a week. I also saw Hannibal, which I thought was kind of lame and gratuitously gory. I guess what I'm asking is how scary Red Dragon is in comparison to its preceding counterparts. Also, did you like this film? Thanks!
